We provide all materials, but you’re welcome to bring a notebook and comfortable pillows for practice sessions.

What if I miss a class?
We offer online resources to ensure you don’t miss important information. You’ll still earn points for completing online lessons.
When should I start classes?
Most parents begin classes in their third trimester (around 28-32 weeks), but you can start whenever it feels right for you.
